Agent to Client Communication Standards

  • Set expectations with clients from the beginning. 

  • Explain expectations for communicating the negotiation process. You may have no info, what does seller want?

  • Ask clients how they prefer to be communicated with- Text, call, email

  • What does the client expect from you? How can you under promise and over deliver?

  • Ask clients what they know about buying and/or selling a home in today’s market

  • Find out what the client’s motivations are

  • Always take the high road

  • Communicate updates/steps/process throughout the buying/selling process
